Use of this Website does not establish a therapist–client relationship between you and Sanctuary In Mind or any clinician associated with the practice.

2. No Therapeutic Relationship
A therapeutic relationship is only formed when:
ï‚· You have made direct contact with a qualified clinician at Sanctuary In Mind.
ï‚· You have completed all required intake, consent, and assessment documentation; and
ï‚· The clinician has explicitly agreed to provide services.
Information submitted through this Website (including contact forms or emails) is not confidential and should not be used to share sensitive personal or health information.

3. Eligibility
This Website is intended for individuals aged 18 years or over. By using this Website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Professional Regulation
Clinicians practising at Sanctuary In Mind operate in accordance with applicable professional and ethical standards in the United Kingdom. Specific regulatory or professional memberships (e.g. HCPC, UKCP, BACP) will be disclosed directly by individual clinicians
where relevant.

acting as data processors on our behalf. Such processing is carried out under the lawful
bases of:

 Article 6(1)(b) – performance of a contract; and
 Article 9(2)(h) – provision of health or social care.

Clients are provided with a separate Client Privacy Notice prior to the commencement of
therapy, which explains in detail how clinical data is collected, stored, retained, and
disclosed.

We may share limited data with trusted third-party service providers (such as website hosting or email services) where necessary to operate the Website. All providers are required to comply with UK GDPR.  We may also disclose personal data where legally required to do so.
