Therapy is personal, and the relationship matters. Each clinician brings their own style and presence, and it’s important to choose someone who feels like the right fit.

Feeling comfortable and supported helps you engage honestly with the work and stay with it when things feel challenging.

You’re welcome to take your time exploring clinician biographies and noticing who you feel drawn to. At Sanctuary In Mind, therapy is offered by the Lead Clinician and by Associate Clinicians. While enquiries are reviewed with care, the therapeutic relationship is shaped around your choice, your needs, and what feels right for you.

Working with the Lead Clinician

Therapy with the Lead Clinician is grounded in specialist training, depth of experience, and a thoughtful, reflective approach to emotional and physical health.  The space is held with care and an ability to stay with complexity. Sessions are available through self-funding or approved medical insurance.

Working with an Associate Clinician

Associate Clinicians are newly qualified therapists offering self-funded therapy. They work independently while receiving close supervision and mentorship. They bring fresh perspectives and contemporary training to their practice. Important note: When you choose to work with an Associate Clinician, responsibility for your care, fees, and ongoing therapy sits fully with that clinician from that point forward.

What to expect?

Initial consultation

Complete the initial enquiry form. This helps us to understand what brings you here and whether we’re a good fit. No pressure.

First Session

In our first full session, we’ll dive deeper into your story. I’ll ask questions, listen and together we’ll create a plan.

Ongoing sessions

We will meet regularly- weekly or biweekly. Each session is tailored to where you are in your journey

Real progress

Over time, you’ll start to notice shifts in how you think and feel. Progress isn’t linear, but it’s real. Regular reviews and refresher sessions are available for ongoing support, as your wellbeing journey evolves.
